Dionos Villa is a private family-owned cottage that was envisioned and founded by its Kalliopi Papaspiratou. The company’s aim was to elevate luxury holidays to a whole new level of indulgence by introducing an experience breakthrough for supperior cottages in Greece supported by the 2 pillars of quality tourism: exceptional service, hospitality excellence and breath-taking locations.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
From the time of the booking until the time of check out Dionos Villa is collecting data to make your stay memorable. We collect the below list of data:
Full name, birthdate, passport ID, nationality, email address, home address, credit card number, cc expiration date, ccv code, telephone number, device id, reply of the guest satisfaction survey and preferences survey. Also, any food allergies that was communicated with our staff during stay.
Also by entering our website a small piece of information sent by a web server to your web browser, which enables the server to collect information from your browser.
We collect first Party Cookies that is set by the domain, such as the computer you are using to access the internet, or the specific website that you have visited. We use the two main types of cookies, persistent and session cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your device after you have visited our website. These cookies will help us identify you as a unique visitor to our website by storing a randomly generated number. A session cookie is temporary and only exists for the period you access the website for (or until the browser is closed after visiting our website). This particular type of cookie assists us by helping our website remember your selections and choices whilst visiting our website and therefore avoids you having to re-enter information. We use the information to serve your stay in the bellow ways:
Billing and payment: Full name, credit card number, cc expiration date, ccv code
Hotel operations: allergies, reply of the guest satisfaction survey and preferences survey.
Marketing and Communications: Full name, birthdate, email address, reply of the guest satisfaction survey and preferences survey.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
We handle your data with care and respect. Our systems are in Greece, information provided to Dionos Villa will be stored in Greece. We will not share your information with third parties. If you do not consent to continue receiving future communications, your information that we presently hold will not be stored in our database. We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
If you have given consent, we will continue to use your information to send you further communications until you unsubscribe. In order to ensure the accuracy of our records, we may keep your information in our database unless you ask us to erase it. In any event, we will not use that information to send marketing communications to EU residents in the absence of consent or another accepted legal basis.
